Automatic DNA RNA oligo deprotection machine

Application

A device that provide solution to cleaved, deprotected oligonucleotides. A necessary laboratory instrument for DNA RNA post synthesis.The equipment has a built-in pressure vessel, which can pour ammonia gas into it, heat the liquid in the vessel and control the heating time. In this way, the temperature, time, and ammonia environment in the container can be controlled to achieve the purpose of cutting DNA.

1. Fully automatic, there is no manual intervention throughout the process precise temperature and pressure control.

2. It can blows protective gas into the pot automatic, which can reduce the damage of ammonia gas to operators.

3. The equipment adopts German original proportional and switch valve.

4. Equip with data acquisition and recording , the working process can be tracked.
