1 Sufficient illumination.

The illuminance of shadowless lamp has reached more than 150000 LUX, which is close to the brightness under sunny summer days. The illumination in actual use is generally 40000~1000000LUX, and too bright will affect the vision. While providing sufficient illumination, the glare of the beam on the surgical instrument shall be avoided. Glare affects vision and is easy to make eyes tired. It is unfavorable for surgeons to perform surgery. The illuminance of shadowless lamp should not be too different from the illuminance in the operating room. According to some illuminance standards, the illuminance of overall lighting should be one tenth of the local illuminance. The overall illumination of the operating room should be above 1000LUX.

2 High opacity.

Opacity is an important feature and performance index of surgical shadowless lamp. Any shadow formed in the surgical field of vision will hinder the doctor's observation, judgment and operation. In addition to providing sufficient illumination, a good shadowless lamp should also have a high shadowless degree to ensure that the surface of the surgical field and the deep tissues have sufficient luminosity. For the shadowless test, a 50X75mm black cylinder is used. The light source is disposed 1m above the cylinder. A photometer is placed at the bottom of the cylinder. The measured light shadow ratio shall not be less than 10%. The actual product is to install several or more lamp balls in a circular uniform arrangement in a lampshade with a diameter of 50-100cm. Special bulbs and reflectors are used in the lamp balls.
