Swing Arm Grinding and Polishing Machine

The equipment is an upper shaft swing ball core fine grinding and polishing machine, which meets the requirements of size and appearance.

1) The machine is suitable for small diameter and curvature lens. The upper shaft design is light, especially suitable for the fine grinding and polishing of concave lens;

2) The working pressure is spring pressure, and the pressure is adjustable;

3) The tilting angle of the pendulum shaft can be adjusted arbitrarily under the control of the servo motor, which is convenient to install and match the manipulator;

4) The spindle speed can be adjusted steplessly, and the speed range is large;

5) The processing process can be carried out automatically after the time set by the program;

6) The welded base of the whole machine has the characteristics of reasonable structural design, precision, stability and high efficiency;

7) Stainless steel platen is waterproof, easy to clean.

1) The speed regulating motor is controlled by the speed regulating box, with wide speed regulating range and convenient and fast process parameter setting;

2) The swing shaft is controlled by a servo motor and can stay anywhere between 0-60 degrees;

3) Each axis can work independently without being affected by clamping and suspension;

4) The speed of main shaft and pendulum shaft can be stepless speed regulation and pulse speed regulation respectively, which can be set separately;

5) Processing times can be recorded;

6) Install fixed protective covers at all transmission parts;

7) Install safety switch and safety lock on each box cover;
