The EA5800 series multi-service access devices feature distributed architecture and provide users with a unified transmission platform for broadband, wireless, video, and surveillance services. The EA5800 provides GPON, XG-PON, XGS-PON, GE, and 10 GE access, and supports multiple network construction modes, including POL, FTTH, FTTB, and FTTC. One optical network covers all services, simplifying the network architecture and reducing OPEX. The EA5800 is available in small, medium, and large specifications, making it suitable for every scenario.

Huawei’s SmartAX EA5800 Multi-service Access Module is designed to help clients build networks with greater bandwidth, higher speed, and smarter connectivity to deliver a better service experience.

With GPON, 10G GPON, P2P GE, and 10 GE access, EA5800 supports deployment on FTTH, POL, FTTB, and FTTC — enabling all services on one fiber network.

As a large-capacity aggregation network device, the EA5800 aggregates the traffic from ONTs, MDUs, and campus switches, thereby simplifying the network architecture and reducing OPEX.

* The FTTH EA5800-X2 series multi-service access device relies on a distributed architecture. Developed using virtual access technology, it provides a unified carrying platform for multiple services, such as broadband, wireless, video, and monitoring.
* The FTTH EA5800-X2 provides GPON, XG-PON, XGS-PON, GE, and 10GE access, and supports POL, FTTH, FTTB, and FTTC network construction modes. It carries all services over one fiber network, simplifying network architecture and reducing OPEX.
