Fiber optic distribution frame provides efficient cable connections between outside plant cables and equipment inside the buildings and communications facilities.

Box integrates fiber splicing, storage and cable connections together in a unit. They can manage both bundle type and ribbon type fiber cables. It is with large working space to integrate the pigtail, cables and adapters for fiber management.

This fiber optic distribution frame is designed for outdoor wall mounted using, cold-roll steel, with adapter plate & splice trays at one side for fiber splicing, distribution and management.

Features

• It is composed of case body, fiber optical splice tray and adaptor fixing frame.
• It is divided into two parts, one links with optical cables for fusion connection between optical cable and fiber pigtail and another links with patch cord. Combine fusion and connection, surplus fiber holding, and patch cord holding in integration
• Surplus fibers can be twisted around two special plastic rings, which ensure the bending radius is bigger than 40mm.
• Adopt 8 ports adaptor fixing frame to fix adaptors which available for different types of adaptors, easy for operation and avoid any unexpected damage to fiber.
• Cable can lead in from the bottom of the box, the entry is under the protection of special rubber parts.
• ABS plastic tray inside, 12cores per tray.
• Splice trays in one side or both sides available.
• Different adapter plate available: FC, SC, LC, ST…
• Cable entry ports suitable for single fiber, bundle & ribbon fiber cables.

III,specification:

Installation process

• open the door of the box, lead the optical cable into the distribution box, cut off cable about 1m, and take proper length(about 1.5m),then strip the outer protective sheath. Leave 85mm cable reinforced core and cut off surplus part, insert the reinforced core into the pressboard, then tighten it.
• insert the optical cables peeled into the PVC tube (about 0.9m),and twist them around the fiber storage trays, fix it with nylon tie at the inlet of the splice tray.
• insert adaptors into the 6 ports adaptor fixing frame, then fix the frame, connect the adaptors and pigtails, hold the pigtail around the two pillar which above and blow the trays.
• take the splice tray out of the box, protect the fusion and connection point with heat shrinkable sleeve, then put it in the groove of splice tray, put the cover back on the tray. Move back the splice tray and fix it on the box with screws.
• lead the patch cord into the box through the special rubber parts and connect with adaptors, the other end of patch cord links with optical devices.
• close the box, mount on the wall after sealing confirmed.
