BMER-2 Series Hydraulic Motors:
The BMER-2 Series features a Rolortorc gear set with high speed to distribute flow and high pressure. These motors are available with a variety of options to enable versatile operation depending on application requirements. Output shaft tapered roller bearings allow for high axial and radial forces, providing smooth operation during low pressure start-up and high pressure operation. The lightweight, structurally advanced motors are manufactured to the requirements of the ISO 9000-2000 quality system.

The Hanjiu BMER Series mid-size motors offer a perfect balance between price and performance, producing high torque at a reasonable cost. BMER motors perform well in a wide range of applications, especially low flow, high pressure applications. BMER motors exhibit smooth rotation throughout the speed conversion process, and the combination of shaft, bracket and displacement allows them to be configured to nearly any application requirement.
BMER motors feature a roller gear set design combined with a pressure balance plate. During startup, pressure causes the balance plates to flex toward the rotor, greatly improving volumetric efficiency. When the motor reaches operating pressure, the balance plates relax, allowing the rotor to turn freely, improving mechanical efficiency. Transmitting this power to the output shaft is a heavy-duty drive link that receives full-flow lubrication during operation for extended life.
