Working principle of the stirrer granulator: it is mainly used in one of the indispensable and important processes in the granulation process of the organic fertilizer processing equipment. The stirrer granulator uses the mechanical stirring force of high-speed rotation and the resulting aerodynamic force to continuously realize the mixing, granulation, spheroidization, compaction and other processes of the fine powder in the machine, so as to achieve the purpose of granulation. The particle shape is spherical, the sphericity is ≥ 0.7, the particle size is generally 0.3-3mm, and the granulation rate is ≥ 80%. The size of the particle diameter can be properly adjusted by the material mixing volume and the spindle speed. Generally, the lower the mixing volume, the higher the rotation speed, the smaller the particle.

Scope of application of stirrer granulator: this machine is especially suitable for granulation of organic fertilizer and light fine powder materials. The finer the basic particles of the fine powder material, the higher the sphericity of the particles, and the better the balling quality. It is generally required that the particle size of materials before granulation should be less than 300 mesh.
