Working principle:
By using the mechanical stirring force of high-speed rotation and the resulting aerodynamic force, the fine powder can be continuously mixed, granulated, spheroidized and compacted in the machine to achieve the purpose of granulation. The particle shape is spherical, the sphericity is ≥ 0.7, the particle size is generally 0.3-3mm, and the granulation rate is ≥ 80%. The size of the particle diameter can be properly adjusted by the material mixing volume and the spindle speed. Generally, the lower the mixing volume, the higher the rotation speed, the smaller the particle, and vice versa.
