Product structure features:
1. Bracket part: the whole rotating part of the machine body is supported by the bracket, which bears a large force. In consideration of the large friction between it and the rolling belt of the machine body, anti-corrosion and wear-resistant materials are specially selected to greatly improve the service life of the machine. In addition, lifting hooks are set at the four corners of the carrier frame to facilitate loading, unloading and transportation.
2. Drive part: the drive part of the whole granulator is particularly important for the whole machine body. The transmission frame is welded with channel steel and has passed strict quality requirements. The motor drives the pulley, V-belt and reducer to drive to the main shaft to make the machine work. The driving reducer and the main shaft work part are driven by the nylon pin coupling.
3. Body part: The important part of the whole coating machine is the body part, which is welded with medium carbon steel plate, and through strict quality control and specific process requirements, to achieve the purpose of this machine.
