The working principle of a disc mixer:

The disc mixer is composed of mixing pan, discharging port, mixing arm, frame, gear box and transmission mechanism. A cylinder with a cover is set in the center of the mixing pan. The stirring arm is firmly connected to the cylinder cover. The stirring shaft drives the cylinder cover to rotate so that to drive the stirring arm to rotate. The mixer has the advantages of long life, energy saving, small size, high stirring speed and continuous operation.
