Hydraulic-assisted crawler turner is the main equipment specialized in the production of organic fertilizer and soil remediation

and fermentation using the plane stacking method. The machine adopts crawler travelling design, which can go forward,

backward and turn, and is controlled and driven by one person.

Hydraulic assisted crawler turning machine is controlled by driver and adopts diesel engine as power source. Through the turning drive system to transfer power, so that the knife shaft of organic material ground noodles stack turning; through the walking system to achieve forward, backward and turning and other work; through the hydraulic system of the knife shaft and the front of the push plate lifting and lowering control; in order to achieve a variety of organic materials pile of caching, rotary turning, crushing, oxygenation, usurpation of the pile, and so on.

Fermentation conditions:
1. Mix the bacteria, main ingredients and auxiliary materials evenly as required.
