Product Features

The whole body of the hopper is made of stainless steel, and both inside and outside surface are specially polished.

Unique design, no dust, easy cleaning, it is specially applicable to production of optical and food grade product.

Unique filter screen at the air suction end in hopper can avoid blockage in air pipe caused by material.

Air filter at the blower is optional, no dust in dry air, thus greatly reduce defects rates.

Material window in hopper and base makes it convenient to observe the material usage.

Hopper wall is specially embedded with thicken insulating layer, together with down-blow hot air pipe design, the hot dry air is evenly sprayed and little will be lost. Drying efficiency is greatly improved.

Overheat protection device makes machine run safely and reliably.

Low energy consumption, environmental friendly.

Options

24-hour auto start/stop timer, hot air recycler, exhaust air filter,

magnetic base, floor stand, optical vacuum hopper, hopper magnet

Application

OHD-O series hopper dryer can be used to dry mildly hygroscopic plastic materials singly, also can be applied with honeycomb rotor dehumidifier to achieve a better drying effect and shorten the time of drying. It can be directly mounted at the feed port of the molding machine, or placed at the floor or a platform with a floor stand, and equipped with a vacuum auto loader for feeding the dried material to the molding machine.
