Features & Application

1. This machine adopts pneumatic mechanical transmission and electric control.

2. Adopts PLC man-machine interface control, simple and easy to operate, low failure rate

3. This machine adopts the injection cylinder filling, quasi quantitative, no splash

4. The parts which contact the material are made of stainless steel 316. The frame is made of stainless steel 304 and food-grade pipes, which is sanitary.

5. Application: Vegetable protein drinks, juice drinks, dairy products, soy sauce, vinegar and other liquid food filling and capping.

 Vibrating plate with shaped groove to convey caps
Caps screwing Automatic screwing device using magnetic + gear screwing; pressure can be adjustable so bag caps will be tight; with automatic sliding function so cap can reach proper tightness.

Bags out coming
Special bending design, so the bags can come out from the round sink once.
