Description

Sinohone GJS04 series are suitable for diameter 10-23 mm cable. The splice closure is made of high quality industrial material, mechanically sealed with filling materials. External components and fastening parts are all made of stainless steel. Without changing sealing material, the closure can be re-opened easily.

This product is suitable for the straight-through and divergent (one point two, one point three) connection of various types and structural optical cables (single fiber and ribbon) with a diameter of less than φ17mm. It is also suitable for the connection of all-plastic local telephone cables.

Structural Features

  1. The performance indicators of this product are in line with the requirements of the national YD/T814-1996 standard.
  2. The outer box is made of imported high-strength engineering plastics (ABS), added with anti-aging agent and high-pressure injection molding. The appearance is a rectangular shape with a light arc, high mechanical strength, strong corrosion resistance, lightning resistance and long service life. Features.
  3. The outer box body and the cable inlet are sealed with self-adhesive (non-vulcanized) rubber strips and bands. The sealing performance is reliable, and it is easy to repeatedly open and use and maintain.
  4. Four unique specifications (φ12.5, φ17) cable rings (O-rings) allow users to flexibly choose according to the actual diameter of the optical cable used, effectively enhancing the reliability and practicality of the sealing of the cable inlet of the joint box.
  5. The superimposed structure splice tray and independent insulation grounding device in the box make the configuration of fiber core number, expansion and the grounding of optical cable flexible, convenient and safe.
  6. The metal components and fasteners outside the box are made of stainless steel, which can meet the main technical indicators of convenience in various environments.
