General Description

Carpa Tent havebeen used as aircraft hangars for airport facilities, as cargo sorting facilities and storage

solutions, as aircraft repair facilities, etc.

Carpa Tent structures make ideal airport buildings, as they are immediately available, easily installed.

With limited foundation requirements and a design that’s engineered for portability and ease of movement, Carpa Tent buildings have ultimate flexibility to be relocated numerous times and for a variety of applications.

Packing Details

  • All the aluminum frame packed in pearl film or clear film.
  • All the little hardware parts packed in solid carton boxes.
  • Tops and side walls packed in PVC carry bags.
  • Glass walls, glass doors, ABS walls packed in transportation racks.

  • Covers: colourful cover, transparent cover, inflatable roof cover
  • Windows: dome or square clear PVC windows, mesh window, glass window for glass wall
  • Wooden Flooring System: VIP cassette flooring, simple cassette flooring
  • Doors: double-wing glass door, single-wing glass door, glass fire door, aluminium door, rolling shutter(automatic or manual)
  • Wall: soft PVC fabric wall, glass wall, ABS hard wall, sandwich panel wall, steel plate wall

Material Guarantee

  • Frame Material: hard pressed extruded aluminum alloy (GB 6061/T6), anodized surface handling, silver color, sturdy and never rust;
  • Steel components: hot-dip galvanized steel, the thickness over 60um;
  • Max. wind load: 80~100km/h ( 0.3~0.5KN/SQM );
  • Fabric material: 650~950g/sqm double PVC-coated polyester fabric (white translucent, white non-translucent or color), UV-protection, rainproof, anti-fungus, weatherproof, flame retardant (German standard DIN4102 B1/French standard M2/Chinese standard B1), temperature endurance: -30°C~ +70°C.
