Constructure
GYTS optical cable structure is to put 9 / 125μm single-mode optical fiber or 50 / 125μm, 62.5 / 125μm multimode optical fiber (silica) into a loose tube made of high-quality water-blocking material, which is filled with water-blocking compound . The center of the cable core is a metal reinforced core. For multi-core optical cables, the reinforced core needs an additional PE jacket. The loose tube and the filler rope are twisted around the center to strengthen the compact and round cable core. The gap in the cable core is filled with water blocking filler. The double-sided corrugated steel tape (PSP) is longitudinally wrapped and extruded into a polyethylene sheath to form a cable.

◆ The loose tube material itself has good hydrolysis resistance and high strength
◆ Filling the tube with characteristic grease, which provides critical sealing protection for the optical fiber
◆ PE sheath has good resistance to ultraviolet radiation
◆ A single steel wire central reinforcement core helps parallel and stretch the optical cable
◆ Stretch resistance, abrasion resistance, impact resistance, crush resistance, repeated bending, twisting, bending, twisting (bending angle does not exceed 90 °) shooting, etc., has good mechanical properties and temperature characteristics
◆ Double-sided corrugated steel tape (PSP) improves the moisture resistance of the optical cable and the corrugated part can be better combined with PE to make the structure stronger.
◆ GYTS single-mode optical cable has high transmission speed, long distance, good confidentiality, anti-electromagnetic field interference, good insulation, good chemical stability, long life and low loss. It has good characteristics and economic benefits.
◆ Suitable for long-distance communication and inter-office communication
