Drawing machine

We have independent drawing equipment and the output reach 6tons per day. Such specifications as tenacity, flexible could reach the international standards. We have property rights the technical & equipment for grass yarn design & develop. It can produce a large number of natural looking decorative articial turf.

Tufting machine

We purchase the tufting machine form TUFTCO & COBBLE Company. They can produce artificial turf with width 2m, 4m 3.85m, and pile height 6-60mm, we have several machines with different gauge, 3/16”, 3/8”, 3/4”, 1/4”, 1/5”, 5/32”, 5/16”, 5/8”. The density of grass tufts can be around 6000-85000 tufts/m. The factory’s output can be 30000-50000sqm per day. It can produce a large number of natural looking decorative articial turf.

Coating machine

The finishing coating machine is automatic. It adopts two layers gelatinization technology, which can eject glue, punching hole, gelatinizing and heating, carpet rolling at the same line. We can produce LATEX & PU backing. It can produce a large number of natural looking decorative articial turf.

Product packing

The factory usually makes the packing of the rolls with width 2m, 4m, length 25m, etc. It can packing a large number of natural looking decorative articial turf.

Yarn packing

The yarn is rolled into a cylindrical shape, neatly stacked together, and then wrapped with a thin film for the whole pile of grass. It can packing a large number of natural looking decorative articial turf.
