The TC06-60ZEH/01 variable frequency cabinet air conditioner is actively cooling with compressor, and it will remove the heat inside the cabinet to outside. It also can keep the dust and heat outside the cabinet, avoiding problems from using fan. The inside cabinet can be maintained at an ideal temperature (30°C) for electrical components which effectively guarantees the stability of the electronic equipment and improves the reliability of the whole system.

The DC48V variable frequency air conditioner can be widely used for outdoor communication cabinets, battery cabinets, electric cabinets and industry control cabinets etc.

6. Control Board

TC06-60ZEH/01 controller is a type of universal intelligent controller. It is controlled by highly integrated STC single chip microcomputer. It can intelligently control operating and hydrogen exhaust of thermostatic cabinet air conditioner, and can control a telecom room air conditioner. It have the following functions: fault self diagnosis, power on self start, restart after unexpected failures caused by other reasons.

The controller features perfect performance, easy and fast installation and setting, which is widely used in telecom cabinet, small and medium sized telecom room, UPS room, outdoor base station room, etc.

7. Mainboard Wiring Diagram

JD1: main power supply input (DC48V);

JD2: heating control output;

JD4: fan control port:

1- 48V; 2- inner fan control; 3- inner fan feedback;

4- outer fan control; 5- outer fan feedback; 6- 0V.

JD5: direct ventilation (hydrogen exhaust) output port (48V);

JD6: DC compressor control port:

connected with compressor control board control port. Please note the direction.

JD7: alarm ouput port:

1, 2: general alarm output dry contact;

3, 4: air conditioner system alarm output.

JD8:

1, 2: remote control dry contact input;

3, 4: working status output dry contact;

JD9: communication port:

1: RXD (or 485A+); 2: TXD (or RS485B-); 3: SGND;

JD10: connected with four DI input.
