The Outdoor Base Cabinet is designed to house a variety of telecommunication equipment with 30U 19" rack, they provide protection from vandalism, dust, rain, snow and dripping water. The material can be made from galvanized steel, aluminum or stainless steel according to different demand. Air conditioner and Fans are installed on cabinet for keeping a stable temperature inside cabinet so as to increase service life and stability of equipment.

Outdoor Base Station Cabinet is mainly used in communication base station, such as 4G system, communication/network integrated service, access/transmission switching station, emergency communication/transmission, etc.

(1) External Dimension (W×D×H):1000×1000×1800mm ;

(2) Two compartments,The cabinet includes two compartments, with separated upper compartment and lower compartment. The upper compartment is equipment compartment, including 19” rack, 30U space. The lower compartment is for managing cables.

(3) with special lock for outdoor cabinet (support padlock)

(4) Material: galvanized steel, with double walls, thickness of outer plate: 1.5mm, thickness of inner plate: 0.8mm. There are heat insulation between inner wall and outer wall. Theinsulation material is 40mm PEF.

10,Wire Routing Design

10.1 Feeder cable and other external cables all use bottom wiring method.

10.2 Users can put cables from the top of the pole. After going through the pole, cables will enter the cabinet through the bottom cable entrance hole.

11,Tilt & Shock Combination Sensor

Features

◇ Sensor installation posture detection and reminding function aims to render assistance in installation

and debugging during construction.

◇ The tilt alarm with return difference value design prevents generating continuous wave alarms near the

alarm angle.

◇ The shock alarm threshold (sensitivity) can be set through the rotary encoder switch more visually and

flexibly. The setting range is 0.1G to 1G.

◇ The product complies with RoHS Regulations and UL94-V0 requirements. The shell is made of

polycarbonate.

The cabinet packing is wooden case in compliance with GB3873-83, damp proof and shock proof. The outside of the packing is painted with damp proof sign, shock proof sign, direction sign, etc.
