Introduction

The traffic control enclosure is specifically designed for the mass transit and traffic markets. This series of cabinet have the highest quality construction and materials. Being made from galvanized steel material and anti-corrosion polyester powder coating, the traffic control box can serve more than 10 years. Used primarily on ramp/intersection control, toll monitoring, intelligent transportation system (ITS) applications.

Our weather-resistant cabinets protect street flashing equipment — like time clocks, circuit breakers and traffic controls — from environmental factors throughout the year. Each enclosure is designed to house your traffic equipment from rain, sleet, snow, dripping water and corrosion to protect sensitive materials.

Cabinet Construction Cabinet walls, top, doors and door frames are of galvanized steel construction. Material: galvanized steel, 1.2mm thick. Single wall without thermal insulation. All surfaces are powder coated with light grey RAL7035.

Door Lock Anti-theft door lock
Door Gasket Seal Door gasket that mechanically fastens to the cabinet door. Gasket material is EPDM rubber sealing strip.
Cable Entrances 4 cable glands at cabinet bottom, 2 on the left, the other 2 on the right.
Grounding Copper grounding bar and grounding cable connected on door. 8 position copper grounding bar mounted at interior left side. Cable door grounding strap secured to studs for each cabinet door.
