Air Conditioner & Heat Exchanger Cooling Galvanized Steel Double Wall Outdoor Telecom Cabinet

1. Cabinet Application

This series outdoor telecom cabinet is made of galvaznied steel,it is mainly used in wireless communication base station, such as 4G system, communication/network integrated service, access/transmission switching station, emergency communication/transmission, etc.It has one front door ,wth one air conditioner and one heat exchanger for cooling the inside of the cabinet.

Component The whole cabinet includes three parts: the top cover, the cabinet body and the base. The installation method is floor mount.
Material Galvanized steel,double wall with heat insulation.
Structure
  • One front door , hidden zinc alloy hinge.
  • Outdoor special steel lock, lock cylinder assembled with protective cover, lock body assembled with anti-theft three-point lock(support padlock).
  • Door stopper is installed on the inside of the cabinet door.
  • Grooved door with seal rubber strip, attached to the inner side of the door, waterproof and dustproof.
  • Include standard 19“ rack inside the cabinet
  • Cable inlets at the bottom of cabinet.
  • Grounding protection: copper bar.

3. Cabinet Features

(1) Galvanized Steel, double wall with insulation.

(2) Cabinet cooling system: air conditioner with 1000W cooling capacity and heat exchanger

(3) The layout of the cabinet is reasonable, which will facilitate cable access, fixing and grounding. There are cable inlet individually for power cable, signal cable and optical cable.

(4) All the cables used in the cabinet are made from flame retardant materials.

(5)One front door

(6)Security design: Embedded doors, embedded hinges, 3-point security locks.

(7)Protection grade :IP55.

4. Cooling System

There is one 1000W cooling capacity air conditioner and one heat exchanger installed on the front door.
