Introduction

The weatherproof pole mount enclosure and telecom cabinet are for housing 19” rack mount equipment that require environmental protection. The outdoor pole mount enclosure will protect your equipments from harshest environment.

Pole mount weatherproof enclosure can be deployed with minimal cost for any application. Optional air conditioner unit, heat exchanger, or fan and filter will assure your equipment operate in proper environment for maximum performance and life cycle.

• Pole mounted outdoor enclosure, include pole mount brackets

• The outdoor enclosure protects against rain, snow, splashing water etc.

• Material: galvanized steel, aluminum, stainless steel optional.

• Powder Coat: the outdoor enclosures are powder coated, with outstanding corrosion resistance. Color: RAL7032.

• Equipment Racks: 19″ or 23″

• Grounding Bar: 10 position copper grounding bar

• Locking: three point lock, anti-vandalism

Feature Description Material and Finish
Cabinet Construction Cabinet walls, top, bottom, doors and door frames are of galvanized steel construction. Material: galvanized steel, 1.2mm thick. Single wall with thermal insulation. All surfaces are powder coated with light grey RAL7032.
Interior Rack 19” equipment rack,16U. Rack rails are designed to accept cage nuts. Rack rails are constructed out of 2.0mm thick galvanized steel and powder coated grey RAL7032.
Door Lock Three point lock, anti-vandal, padlockable. The latching mechanism is made from stainless steel.
Door Gasket Seal Door gasket that mechanically fastens to the cabinet door frame. Gasket material is EPDM rubber sealing strip.
Door Hinge Concealed door hinge, anti-vandal Hinge material: zinc alloy
Cable Entrances Each cabinet have 4 cable entrance locations in the bottom.
Grounding Door ground strap and terminal strip for chassis ground. Cable door grounding strap secured to studs for each cabinet door. 10 position copper grounding terminal strip mounted at interior side bottom.
Door Stop Integrated door wind guard stop on each door. Door wind guard hold door open at approximately 110°.
