2. Superhigh temperature resistance property
The oven lamp is composed by glass cover, lamp holder, fixing ring, terminal, G9 metallic
ring and G9 lamp bulb etc. 6 parts. Below table shows the fusion point information for these
parts’ raw material. According to these information, we known that all the raw material are
good high temperature resistant material. And the G9 bulb is a kind of halogen lamp bulb,
and the halogen lamp is a kind of lamp with more than 400 degrees centigrade temperature
resistant properties. So it is no problem that this kind oven lamp work well under the 300
degrees centigrade. With our test datas, this kind oven lamp could operate stably under the
400 degrees centigrade conditions.

3. Good electrical properties(insulation & conductivity)
The glass and porcelain are the good insulation material for electrical products, our
ovenlamp’s max voltage resistance value is more than AC 450V. So this good insulating
property could ensure the user’s safety. And the stainless steel and galvanized steel are all
the good conductor material which could ensure that the lamp could work well.
4. Long working lifetime
We use the best raw materials and technologies to manufacture the parts for oven lamp
products. For example:
1) We use the best tungsten filament and the best sealing material in the market to
manufacture the lamp bulbs.
2) The glass cover must through the glass tempering process increase it’s strength.
3) The lamp holder also need several exclusive processes, such as continuous forming, aging
treatment and super high temperature sintering, to ensure it’s hardness.

5. Be convenient for installation
We design the exclusive product structure for the fixing ring part. The fixing ring is a flexible
trigeminal wing-style structure part. With the three flexible wings we could install the
ovenlamp easily into the fixing hole on the board surface of barbecue space. With the three
wings and fixing point we could fix the oven lamp accurately on the right position on the
board.
6. Be convenient for cleaning and maintenance
For the reason of material, you could clean the surface of glass cover easily. The oven lamp is
fixed tightly on the board surface of barbecue space, so even an unprofessional housewife
