Description and application:

Yasur convection oven is fully built with high-gauge stainless steel material. It works by circulating hot air around the oven's cavity, helping bread to bake faster and more evenly. It does this with the help of a fan and exhaust system that blows hot air around the bread. The unique design of a rack rotation system is an addition. Not only does this help bread to cook more evenly, but it also gives you a crispy result because there is less moisture collection. It is your ideal oven for baking croissant, pastries, cookies, pies etc. One-year limited warranty.
