Product Description:

The electromagnetic chuck uses the electromagnetic principle to generate magnetic force by energizing the internal coil. After passing through the magnetically conductive panel, the workpiece that is in contact with the surface of the panel is sucked tightly. When the coil is powered off, the magnetic force disappears to achieve demagnetization. A machine tool accessory product.
It is also an electromagnetic fixture, which fixes the workpiece by the suction force generated by the chuck body after the electromagnetic coil is energized. The electromagnetic chuck is composed of an iron core, a coil, a panel and a bracket. The electromagnet composed of the coil and the iron core is the main part of the electromagnetic chuck. Electromagnetic chucks differ depending on design methods or materials used.

1. The protection plate for coil adopts abrasion-resisting and shockproof rolling high-manganese steel.
2. The electromagnet is dealt with special technology, thus insulation grade can be up to Grade F.
3. Coils of magnets are made of Aluminum (flat aluminum wire covered by double spun glass) or cooper.

2. This series has fine insulation structure. The insulation treatments adopt the vacuum drying & glue filling, which has improved the electrical and mechanical performance of the coils.The insulation grade can reach class special C.

3. It generally adopts the control mode of constant voltage. It can further improve the lifting capacity if changing to adopt the control mode of over excitation.

4. With simple structure reliability, it is suitable for working with all kinds of lifting equipments.

Suitable for transferring cast ingots, steel balls, metal and steel scraps.
The electromagnet can be fitted on excavator or crane.
