The vehicle features battery power supply, DC motor drive, large bearing capacity, stable start. it doesnot rely on the guide rail, so can achieve two-way travel. Hydraulic steering mechanism guarantees a smaller turning radius,so it can achieve a 360 degree turn be in a limited space .

The vehicle is equipped with collision safety protection device and sound and light alarm system, , fast response,and short braking distance with an electromagnetic brake. tubeless polyurethane or rubber wheel can be choosed according to the bearing tonnage, no damage to floor coating.

The vehicle comes standard with two batteries, which can be used in rotation, ensuring continuous operation of the vehicle. Special battery-replacement trolley works within five minutes.

Electrical appliances :

1.Operation alarm: each flat car has two red sound and light alarms attached to the bottom of the car body at both ends of the locomotive.Sound and light alarm will be issued at the same time when starting operation.

2.Protection of motor: the power circuit is protected by short circuit with a fuse, and the contactor is connected to the power with a contactor.

3.Travel switch protection: flat car equipped with terminal travel switch, when electric flat car run into the ground to touch the iron, travel switch, cut off the power and stop deceleration braking effect, until the stop.

4.Terminal protection: anti-collision limit blocks are placed at the two terminals of the track to avoid the flat car from crossing the track.

Working principle

The batteries supply electricity to the DC motor through the electrical control system. Then the reducer drives the wheels of the flat carts start, stop, go forward and backward, and the speed can be adjusted at the same time. The professional charger can give electricity to the battery.
