Lifting electromagnetic also known as lifting electromagnet and electromagnetic crane, is mainly used for lifting magnetic materials such as iron and steel in industries such as metallurgy, mining, machinery and transportation. With special magnetic circuit design, the air gap magnetic density is large.
Aluminum wire is used for coil, and rolled high manganese steel plate with good wear resistance and impact resistance is used for coil protection. Light weight, low energy consumption, large lifting capacity and long service life.
The insulation structure is reasonable. The insulation treatment adopts vacuum drying and vacuum glue filling, which improves the electrical and mechanical properties of the coil. The heat resistance grade of insulating materials can reach special grade C.
The constant voltage control mode is usually adopted. If the forced excitation control mode is used, the lifting capacity can be further improved. Simple structure, safe and reliable, suitable for all kinds of lifting equipment.
Application Scenarios:
Electromagnet suction cups can be widely used in automated operation lines as material or product conveying controls, and also in manipulators, food machinery, medical machinery, and automated control systems.
It can be used to suck and hang cast iron ingots, steel balls, pig iron blocks, machined chips, various miscellaneous irons, returning materials, cutting heads, and packaging scrap steel in foundries. Type and other electromagnet suckers for almost all special purposes.
Precautions:
1. The surface of the electromagnetic chuck should be wiped clean before use to avoid scratches.
2. No serious bumps are allowed, so as not to affect the accuracy.
3. After use, it should be wiped clean and coated with anti-rust oil to prevent rust.
4. When using the electromagnetic chuck alone, there should be a ground wire to avoid electric leakage and hurt people.
