Double Beam Overhead Crane Description

QC double-beam bridge crane is composed of a beam frame, a crane traveling device and a trolley with a lifting and moving device. The hanging beam is equipped with an electromagnetic chuck, which can lift long billets, steel plates and other objects that can be sucked by the electromagnetic chuck.

Assemble the mobile platform on the outer side of the two main beams, one side is ready to install and maintain the crane mobile device, and the other side is ready to install the trolley wire device. There is a full-view pod under the main beam, and a combined console or a single control box is installed in the cabin. A side long ladder is assembled between the cabin and the mobile platform. The main beam and the end frames on both sides are connected to the joint points in the middle.
