If total length of suspending outside is more than 1/3 of the span, the heavy objects (Gn) should reduce step by step, In a word, the trolley cannot travel until the heavy objects are near the support, and the crab isn’t suitable for traveling outside the support. Wind pressure should be less than 150pa.
