Sure. We have a professional development team to design new items. Or we can do it based on your specific design.
And sample fee is unavoidable (The specific cost needs to be calculated according to the design requirements), but it is refundable when you order quantity.

3. Can you accept order quantity less MOQ?

For stock products, we don't have MOQ; for customization if you need less MOQ, we can do it but should be surcharged for small lot. About USD 150-200 per colour (depends on your demand).
