4ETO-100 Classic Line Ethylene oxide sensor 0-100 ppm CLE-1222-400
Product description:
Epoxy-ethylene electrochemical sensor is made of porous catalyst, non-metallic material and liquid electrolyte, including induction electrode, counterelectrode and reference electrode. The epoxy-ethylene electrochemical sensor is used to adsorb liquid electrolyte by capillary work, and has a small hole to limit the diffusion of gas. A certain bias voltage is applied between the induction electrode and the reference electrode, so that the induced output signal of the epoxide electrochemical sensor is proportional to the concentration of epoxide in the ppm range. Main Features Range 0 to 100 ppm Sensitivity 0.25 ± 0.125uA/ppm Response time (T90) ≤ 120 seconds Resolution 1 ppm linearity Linear baseline (20 ° C) -0.2 to 2.5uA baseline drift (-20 to 50) ℃) is equivalent to 0 ~ 10 ppm long-term stability < 2% Signal value/month Working conditions: Working temperature -20 ℃ ~ 50 ℃ Working humidity 15 to 90% RH (non-condensing) Working pressure 90 to 110 kPa bias +300 mV Storage time 6 months (RAE special packaging box) Storage temperature 0 ℃ ~ 20 ℃ Service life in the air 2 years warranty period 12 months after delivery Notice: 1. All of the above performance specifications are measured at ambient conditions: temperature 20 ° C, relative humidity 50%RH, one atmosphere (100 kPa or ambient pressure). 2. Target gas is recommended for calibration. In the case of calibration with cross-sensitive gases, we do not guarantee the accuracy of calibration and measurement. 3. The cross sensitivity will fluctuate by +/ -30% and may vary with the production batch of the sensor and the life of the sensor. 4. The cross-sensitivity includes, but is not limited to, the above gases, and the sensor may respond to others.
