FSP1000-50-EV-U Digital Differential Pressure Sensor Analog Signal
The FSP1000 series digital micro differential pressure sensors are made using the company's independently developed micro-electromechanical system (MEMS) flow sensor technology and chip packaging technology. FSP1000 has high sensitivity at low differential pressure, temperature and altitude compensation, fast response time, and provides linearized digital (1C) and analog signals at the same time, which can be used in HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning system) and CPAP system (continuous positive airway pressure system).
