ZM03 alcohol sensor uses a MEMS process to fabricate a micro-hot plate on a Si-based substrate. The gas-sensitive material used is a metal oxide semiconductor material with low conductivity in clean air. When the sensor is in a gas environment, the conductivity of the sensor changes with the concentration of the detected gas in the air. The higher the concentration of this gas, the higher the conductivity of the sensor. The sensor has high sensitivity, small size and precision, adopts I2C digital signal output mode, which is convenient for multiple sensor networking observation, and presets a pin as alarm trigger signal output, which can be widely used in environmental security, portable instruments and many other fields.
