Product Description:
GM-702B MEMS Process Ceramic Encapsulated Carbon Monoxide Hydrogen Sensors Are Used In Electronic Products Such As Mobile Phones
Features:
MEMS carbon monoxide/hydrogen sensor consists of a MEMS process-based SI-based microhot plate and a metal oxide semiconductor material with low conductivity in clean air. When the sensor is in a gas environment, the conductivity of the sensor changes with the concentration of the detected gas in the air. The higher the concentration of this gas, the higher the conductivity of the sensor. A simple circuit can be used to convert the change in conductivity into an output signal corresponding to the concentration of that gas.
Product advantage
Low power consumption, high sensitivity, MEMS process, robust structure, simple drive circuit, fast response recovery characteristics
Main application
Detection gas type: Carbon monoxide (CO) : 10-5000ppm; Hydrogen (H2) : 10-500ppm
Suitable for mobile phone and other electronic products, home, business and other occasions carbon monoxide or gas leak monitoring device, gas leak detector, fire/safety detection system.
