Jiangsu Luoming's oxygen generator harnesses advanced Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology to produce high-quality oxygen, making it a valuable asset for the oil and gas industry. This innovative solution utilizes clean compressed air as the raw material and employs a high-performance zeolite molecular sieve as the adsorbent.
The system separates oxygen from the air after the purified, dry compressed air undergoes a pressure adsorption-decompression-desorption cycle within the adsorbent. The aerodynamic effect is crucial, as the diffusion rate of nitrogen in the zeolite molecular sieve pores is significantly higher than that of oxygen. This differential diffusion allows the PSA process to effectively concentrate and extract the oxygen.

PSA TECHNOLOGY INTRODUCTION
PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) Technology a revolution in Non Cryogenic Air Separation and Oxygen Generation Technology uses special grade of ZMS ( Zeolite Molecular Sieve).
The compressed air is passed through a Twin Tower PSA module interconnected with automatic change over valves. After passing through a Refrigerated Dryer air gets dried. Dried compressed air will now come in contact with bed of Zeolite molecular sieves (ZMS).
Zeolite Molecular Sieves are special grade of adsorbent which have the property of preferential adsorption of nitrogen molecules.
The outgoing oxygen gas is sent to a surge vessel where the minimum pressure will be maintained with the help of Back pressure Regulator.
