3. Process Flow Brief Description

VPSA oxygen generating equipment is mainly composed of a blower, vacuum pump, switch valve, adsorber and the oxygen tank.The air is pressurized by a Roots blower into an adsorber loaded with oxygen molecular sieves. Moisture, carbon dioxide and nitrogen are adsorbed to produce oxygen.

When adsorbed to a certain extent, vacuum pumps are used to vacuum, and the adsorbed moisture, carbon dioxide, nitrogen and a small amount of other gases are respectively pumped out to the atmosphere, and the adsorbents are regenerated. The above process steps are implemented by PLC and switch valves system to realize automatic control.

• Low investment and energy consumption as newly advanced molecular sieve of oxygen separation from air adopted, with unit power consumption for producing oxygen: 0.26-0.38kwh/Nm3, consumption of circulating water: 0.002t/Nm3 and over 67% of oxygen yield.
