Comparing with gaseous Air Separation Unit, full Liquid Air Separation Unit and Gases Liquefaction Plant need more cold in the whole process.To meet different demands from customers, different processes like air cycle process, nitrogen cycle process, high and low temperature booster turbine expanding process or low temperature refrigerating process etc. are adopted to reduce the power consumption.In order to achieve stable and reliable operating of plant, PLC control system or DCS control system are recommended.

1.Air Separation Unit with normal temperature molecular sieves purification, booster-turbo expander, low-pressure rectification column, and argon extraction system according to client’s requirement.

3.Blocking structure design of ASU, quick installation on site.

4.Extra low pressure process of ASU which reduce air compressor exhaust pressure and operation cost.
