PSA ( Pressure Swing Adsorption) Technology a revolution in Non Cryogenic Air Separation and Oxygen Generation Technology uses special grade of ZMS ( Zeolite Molecular Sieve).
3. Principles
It uses zeolite molecular sieve as sorbent, produces oxygen by making use of the PSA principle.
Under certain pressure, zeolitemolecular sieve has different oxygen/nitrogen adsorption capacity, i.e. much more nitrogen adsorption capacity than oxygen adsorption capacity. PLC controls pneumatic valve open/close to realize two adsorption towers' alternate adsorption and desorption as per pressure change, carries out oxygen/nitrogen separation and produces oxygen with desired purity.
4. Principle of operation of Industrial PSA Oxygen Generator
After air purification system to remove water.oil and solid dust, the compressed air go through
absorption tower which is equipped with zeolites molecular sieve. N2,CO2, water vapor etc are
adsorpt by the zeolites molecular sieve.
We get high quality O2.
When reduce pressure,the zeolites molecular sieve can be desorption.Based on this principle, the zeolites
molecular sieve can be used repetition.
