How Can I Get Some Samples?

We are honored to offer you samples, but clients are expected to pay for the products cost and freight charge. But the sample cost will be deducted once orders are released.

Manufacture processing

2. Press and measure steel sheet to be completely flat for use.

3. Using the CNC technology to cut steel sheets in a accurately size and punch necessary holes or shapes on

it.

4. Bend the steel sheet to have an edge or side to make sure there is no harm to fingers and easy assemble.

5. Welding holders to keep products more stable and have higher-capacity.

6. Acid washing every product, let them done with phosphorization, then rust-proof, static power coating and

drying them.

7. Professional technician from our QC trial to assemble, check and measure the capacity of our products and

find out the defective items.

8. The finished packed products are storage in order in case them will not mixed with other orders.
