2. Outer packing: standard 5 layers carton

3. Paper angle if you need.

4. Can print LOGO or shipping mark as the customer requested.

5. Provide details installation instruction.(We could also provide you the assembled video if you need)

Manufacture processing

1. Prepare and choose the best raw material.

2. Press and measure steel sheet to be completely flat for use.

3. Using the CNC technology to cut steel sheets in a accurately size and punch necessary holes or shapes on

it.

4. Bend the steel sheet to have an edge or side to make sure there is no harm to fingers and easy assemble.

5. Welding holders to keep products more stable and have higher-capacity.

6. Acid washing every product, let them done with phosphorization, then rust-proof, static power coating and

drying them.

7. Professional technician from our QC trial to assemble, check and measure the capacity of our products and

find out the defective items.

8. The finished packed products are storage in order in case them will not mixed with other orders.

9. Experience packing staff help to use limit room put as many as products reasonable.

*Slide: We use the high-quality three-section slides of Guangdong Judetai or Consun Brand, which can meet European and American standards. And passes SGS inspection. The thickness of its three-section slides is 1.2*1.2*1.0, and its material is carbon steel. By testing, it can pull 50,000 times under dynamic load 25kg.

*Lock: locks basically use the Cyber lock, Wangtong and Lusterful ,they are 1000 mutual open (refer to the 1000 different locks can not open each other, the market is generally 200 mutual open), which greatly enhances the privacy and confidentiality of the office.The lock cylinders are made of zinc alloy and copper. Some factory use plastic cylinders. Both the cylinder of Cyber lock and Wangtong can be replaced so that if the key is lost, the master key can be used to open and replace the lock cylinder.
