It’s an ideal automatic dispensing solution for stores where low to medium decorative paint volumes are tinted, helping to reduce mistints and eliminate waste.

  • This dispensing system is not only precisely controls the dispensing of ingredients to provide excellent finished paint product repeatability from batch to batch, but also serve as a complete color management system.

  • Customer can provide us formula table in Excel format, we help to import the formula data into our tinting system.
  • Our software use the same Flink.dat file as CPS/Hero/Lenteq/ Innovatint and Formula.txt file as LARGOTINT, TECMEC , it’s compatible with worldwide major color software.

Tint Manager is a user Software Package developed for our range of Automatic Paint Dispenesr machines. The package will assist the user in carrying out the following operations:

  • Formula Query:search formula via Standard Formula ,My Formula,History Formula

  • Formula Management :add/Edit/Delete formula for “My Formula”

  • Colorant management: manage all the datas of colorant.
  • Debug: test each function of the machine manually;
  • Pump calibration: calibrate the pulse data of each canister pump;

  • Setup:set label print content,machine Setup data,software language and password

  • Reports:colorant Report and dispensing report
