White Powder EINECS: 259-224-4 Matt Hardener Use For Pure Epoxy And Hybid Type Indoor Powder Coatings

Description

HF65 is a kind of matting agent based on polyacrylate for hybrid systems, providing the properties of color stable, low gloss of the powder coating. HF65 is an effective matting agent without adjusting the ratio of epoxy and polyester in formulation.

Appearance: white or yellowish powder Soft point: 100-140°C

Solid content: Min. 99.0%

Application

-HF65 is suitable for 50/50, 60/40 hybrid systems. Normally select 50/50 polyester with slow reactivity, for low gloss, better mechanical performance and storage ability.

-The combination of different kind of polyester resins with different acid value may lead to the very good matting effect, weak selectivity to polyester resin.

-Wax free matting agent, good recoat ability.

-The gloss level varies from the selected polyester resin and the applied formulation.

-Normally the dosage of HF65 is from 1 to 4.5% based on the total powder coating.
