Silica Pigment To the Inkjet Printing Media For Inkjet Receptive Coating
Specification
Silica is the pigment of choice in numerous media coatings. Because of its controlled, highly porous structure, synthetic amorphous silica gives several benefits to the ink-jet formulator. Silicon dioxide inkjet printing media is our most standard of color ink substrate surface coating of adsorption material. The ink-jet printing sorbent in the middle of coating, absorb the moisture quickly. This preventing the dyes in ink nonproliferation and keeping inks being smooth and clear edge.
Property
The presence of silica in the coating favours fast drying of the ink, controlled dot size and shape, crisp colours and good image resolution. Both smudging of the ink and strike through are also minimised.
Application
Large format industrial inkjet printing for posters, banners, architectural, CAD, films, and textiles for indoor and outdoor applications
