1. Rack supported mezzanine, or multi tier rack, is usually for storage of goods picked up by manpower.

2. Compared with steel shelving, rack supported mezzanine (multi tier rack) is higher on height, and could make more use of warehouse space.

3. Size and load are customized based on clients’ storage needs.

4. Load per shelf level is usually within 500kgs. Mostly, floor load per square meter is from 300kgs to 500kgs.

5. There are doors for loading and unloading goods.

6. When the height is out of reach, it could be used with ladder.

7. The general ways of transportation from one floor to another are: staircase, lift, hoist machine, conveyor belt, slideway, and forklift truck, etc.

8. It’s used in machinery manufacturing industry, logistics center, distribution center, food industry, chemical industry, electronic industry, furniture industry, warehouse supermarket, etc.

Components and Structure

The main components are upright frames, step beam, shelf board, staircase, floor panel, and handrail. Side/back board, side/back mesh, divider, slider, conveyor belt, lift and hoist machine are optional. The structure is bolted.

To suit different clients needs,HBrack use different storage method.Following are rules followed.

For container order: stretch film+carton board+packing belt+plywood stick+plywood pallet leg

For less than container order:plywood box or other that can keep the product safe during transportation

Other: based on clients' needs, such as vacum packing etc.

Answer 2: We provide sample parts free charged and you just need to pay the freight. When need whole sample rack for testing the possibility, please contact us for sample cost.

Answer 3: We are in Nanjing. When needed, we can help you book hotel, traffic ticket. And we will pick you up to the destination place. We have sales person and driver who will be with you during the visit. You don’t have to worry about the traffic matter.
