The cardboard paper machine has three hydraulic headbox and three sets breast rolls. The breaset roll cylinder is reeled from 25mm thick super quality steel plate, surface rubber covered, rubber thickness 12mm, hardness 97±2, bulk head casting iron HT150. Assembly: Spindle head and bulk head adopts electric heating assembling, bulk head and roll body adopts electric heating assembly.

This is three wire paper making machine. It can be used to produce high quality cardboard paper, and high level kraft paper, testliner paper, white top board etc. It has wide application of different paper types. Net width of this machine is 5000mm and working speed is 450-500m/min. Capacity of this machine reaches 350T/D.
