Coating cardboard making machine 3ply automatic paper making machine

Dewatering element

In wire section the fibers form the paper sheet. But this paper sheet is very wet. To get final dry paper, we need to remove the water from the paper sheets. So dewatering element is the first stage to suction waters from forming wire and paper sheet. In this coating cardboard making machine, we select super quality dewatering elements and the numbers of the suction box are carefully calculated.

Forming plate 3sets(1set each for bottom wire, in-line wire and top wire)
Welded of stainless steel, make special tempering and hardening treatment to prevent deforming, cover is 99% Al2O3 ceramic. Base is fiber glass.
Pulp skip box 4sets (bottom wire 2sets, in-line wire 1set, and top wire 1set)
Box thickness ≥8mm, end plate thickness ≥22mm, welded by 304 stainless steel, make special heat treatment to prevent deforming. Cover is all ceramic, base is high strength FRP.
Water leg suction box

12sets (bottom wire 4sets, in-line wire 3sets, top wire 4sets)
Hardness HRa≥79, bending strength ≥400MPa, FRP base.
Low vacuum suction box

5sets ( bottom wire 2sets, in-line wire 1set, top wire 2sets)
The box is designed according to the principle of preventing pulp accumulation, and inside equip with deformable rib plates, and process according to the two heat treatment process.
High vacuum suction box 9 sets (bottom wire 6sets: three chamber 1set, double chamber 2sets, single chamber 3sets. In-line wire and top wire one set each. Single chamber use to compound roll)

Single piece water scraper (bottom wire)
