Wire leading roll of wire section, guide roll and spread roll of press section guide roller and paper leading roll of dryer section.

1. Dose not allow grith welds in roll.
2. Before processing, the roll body must correct shape.
3. Wire section, guide roll of press section, spread roll, dryer roll, paper leading roll: Before processing, the whole roll must annealing treatment.

Frame:

1. Before welding, sheet and tube to rectify straight.

Casting parts:

1. Big jumbo press roll, dryer cylinder: after casting, thermal insulation treatment to eliminate stress.
2. Other casting: after casting, annealing heat treatment to eliminate the stress.

Spindle nose of rolls:

1. Wire leading roll of wire section, guide roll and spread roll of press section, guide roll and paper leading roll of dryer section: Tempering and hardening before precision machining.
2. Bearing taper surface of all the bearing and roller must grinding, the contact surface more than 80%.
