1.Product Generalization

1) Paper tube machine is a kind of machine which can make narrow paper strips into paper tubes.

2.Product Description

1) It is suitable for making paper tube with inner diameter of 30-200mm and thickness of 2-15mm.

2) According to different paper tubes, the speed is between 0-27 (M / min).

3) The non resistance four machine head makes the strength of the paper tube greatly improved.

4) The cutting table is driven by servo motor, which has the advantages of high speed, large torque, good stability and accurate synchronization, so as to improve working efficiency and make the cutting length of paper tube more accurate.

5) The cutter drop motor of the cutting table crankshaft is a servo motor. The position and depth of the cutter can be adjusted at any time through the operation panel, which overcomes the instability of the conventional pneumatic cutter.

6) Gear transmission makes the paper tube production process more smooth and the equipment more stable.
