Description

Single tool CNC three-axis automatic paper tube cutting machine 3.2m

Machine introduction

1. Suitable for inner diameter ¢ 76-85mm of paper tube; thickness of paper tube is 3-15mm; the cutter blade is alloy blade, which has the functions of fast cutting speed, smooth cutting end face and accurate cutting size.

2. The automatic loading and unloading device not only saves labor, improves efficiency, but also improves the safety of operation.

3. The shortest cutting length of paper tube is 10 mm, which can not be reached by ordinary fine cutting machine.

4. The main motor is Shanghai strong speed / Hengshui Yongshun (3.0kw), with adjustable speed function. Suitable for different quality paper tube.

5. The main engine has brake function. After finishing the paper pipe cutting, the machine stops rotating immediately, and the workers enter the next process at the first time, so as to achieve the purpose of safety and improving work efficiency.
