Features

1.Three times paper feeding: Paper can be well adjusted with three times feeding process, avoid the irregularity during folding paper fan.

2.Photoelectric Sensor Detection : The encoder and the Photoelectric Sensor control the machine at the same time, one paper fan match one bottom to avoid paper waste. Failure alarm, automatic shutdown.

3.PLC control: The machine is more intelligent, the control is more accurate, easier operation and the labor is greatly reduced

4.Multiple cooling fans for heat dissipation: Multiple cooling fans installed to increase heat dissipation and speed up cooling, ensuring that the machine keep suitable temperature when working.

5. Automatic oil lubrication system : The machine automatically lubricates each part that needs to be lubricated through the copper pipe, no need worker spraying oil manually which greatly saves labor.

6.Waste paper conveying: Waste paper discharged by the tube. When the machine working, avoid the waste paper enter the machine inside part, not easy to clean, affect machine running.

7.Sheave drive: The inside of the machine is connected by groove wheels, and the parts are more tightly connected. It is not easy to loosen during the operation of the machine and the work is more accurate.

8.Bottom punching system : When give the bottom paper, sometimes the bottom paper will be turned over, cannot match the paper fan well, this machine shorten the process, give bottom directly, avoid the problem.

9.Quality ultrasonic and electrical configuration: Built-in ultrasonic, save the external space of the machine, reduce the size of the whole machine, and reduce the area occupied by the machine.
